Melodic, almost pagan black metal out of Iceland with some of the most aggressive vocals I've heard in the genre. It's balls to the walls from the first note with few respites, but its melodic enough to not overstay its welcome. Jeff Wilson
I've heard my fair share of Icelandic black metal, and while its mostly extremely good and always very interesting, there's a certain outlandishness to it. With this EP, Naðra proves that this particular school of black metal can also take on another... form. Being way more straightforward than the big names, it still does not lack the interesting or qualitative factor. This is a short, but effective treatment: crushing drums, wild riffage, unhinged vocals - and an unexpected twist. Good! David Fischer
